Suspicion of Dishonest Play: Verify Your Account

Your account has been flagged for suspicious bot-like activity.

We are taking these measures due to a recent spike in bots earning points and undermining the platform’s economy.

  1. Send a Trade Offer

    Propose a trade offer to your secondary account or a friend's account.

  2. Select All Items & Submit the Offer

    Include all items available to trade, then tap Make Offer.

  3. Wait for the Loading Screen

    Keep this page open. As soon as the loading screen appears, proceed to the next step — confirm the trade in the Steam mobile app.

  4. Confirm via Steam Mobile App

    Open the Steam mobile app and approve your trade offer.

  5. Accept the Family Invite

    After you confirm the trade, open the Steam mobile app, go to the Confirmations tab, and accept the invitation to join the FaceIT Family from the FaceIT Bot.

  6. Wait for Verification (≈ 5 min)

    We’ll scan your trade, inventory, and group memberships to ensure everything is legitimate.

  7. Cancel the Trade Offer

    Once verification is complete, cancel the trade offer in Steam to finish the process.

If everything checks out, your account will be completely cleared and you can continue to use Faceit without interruption.

  4. Confirm your participation to continue.

Account Security Requirements for FACEIT Access

During a recent review of your account, we detected that unauthorized parties may have gained access to it. To protect your account and restore the ability to authorize FACEIT, please follow the steps below.

Please ensure each of these requirements is fulfilled:
  1. Remove the security message from your email

    Locate and permanently delete the security-related message that was sent to your email address in connection with this issue.

  2. Steam Account Recovery Process

    FACEIT is currently contacting Steam Support to verify your account and attempt to restore full access. This process may take 24–48 hours.

  3. Do not make any changes to your accounts

    Avoid modifying your Steam or email settings during this period. Any unnecessary actions may slow down the verification process or cause additional issues.

  4. Await further instructions

    Once the review is complete, you will receive an update with the next steps required to finalize the recovery of your account and enable FACEIT authorization.

Do not attempt to authorize FACEIT again until you receive a confirmation that the review has been completed.
